Dogs are pack animals. They need to move, sniff, run, and socialize! Whether your dog is in need of activity to burn off that excess energy or they need extra attention while you're at work, we provide daycare fun for adult dogs and young dogs. The Embarkadero Social Club is a two-story 3,500 square foot facility with two outdoor areas that connect to indoor runs. We provide cots and benches outside if your dog likes to lounge in the sun and we have couches in the run if Fido just wants to watch the action from a comfy place.

Due to our small facility, we only allow dogs from San Francisco.

 

We are an exclusive facility, in that we test for temperament and excessive barking. We are surrounded by neighbors and we do our best to keep them happy. Please see note below on our "Mutt & Greet" process.

 

There are certain breeds and sizes that don't do well in our smaller facility. To provide as much room to roam and frolic, we have a  maximum weight allowance of  50 LBS, no exceptions.

• ​Dogs 4 months  and older, must be current on, Distemper, Bordetella, Rabies and Leptospirosis. Dogs must also be in good health, flea/tick free. ​

• Dogs must be spayed or neutered by 6 months  

 

MUTT & GREET! 

Prior to your appointment we require a vaccination record updated, proving:

Dogs 4 months or older:

 

I will need her vaccination records EMAILED prior to the appointment, including:

 

Rabies, 

Distemper, 

Bordetella, 

Canine Influenza

Leptospirosis

 

Puppies 3 months old: 

 

I will need her vaccination records EMAILED prior to the appointment, including:

 

Distemper, Parvovirus

Bordetella

 

Rabies and Leptospirosis can be given at 4 months, these vaccines are not necessary at time of Mutt and Greet.

She also needs to be on a monthly flea, ticks and deworming.

After everything is complete you can drop your dog off any time you like for daycare, no muss no fuss.

 These vaccinations must be emailed at least 24 hours before the appointment.

 

During the appointment we screen each dog for temperament, to assure that no aggressive behaviors are present. 

 

Please email us to set up an appointment for your Mutt & Greet BEFORE you start daycare or boarding with us! 

 

Be sure to allow 5 minutes for paperwork and a hearty paw-shake. We normally schedule these Monday-Friday from 8AM to 10AM and 10AM to12PM.

 

* Sorry, We do not accept one-time drop-ins for Daycare and Boarding. Due to our small facility, we only allow dogs from San Francisco.
